Anxiety sucks
After looking back in my life I have decided to write a book while I'm going through this healing Journey, (not sure if that its smart or stupid to do but ... I'm committed to both so here we go)
So the first thing I'm gonna look deeply into what my triggers are and how to reasonably deal with the situation with out anger and frustration as it's been pointed out very harshly that I'm always dealing with things with anger and I can see that my anger stems from my anxiety so why not start there ?
